CGA transformed a multi-building historic property into an elegant and refined space for The Inn at Leola Village. This luxurious hotel features a spa, restaurant, and 200-person banquet area. The project won The Inn at Leola Village The "Conservation of Natural Resources Award". 

CGA’s transformation of a historic property not only resulted in a stunning hotel, but it also showcased their dedication to preserving historical buildings. The Inn at Leola Village offers guests a unique opportunity to experience luxury while enjoying the architectural elements of the past. CGA also designed the spa, restaurant, banquet area, as well as the gardens and outdoor spaces. 

CGA was awarded the "Conservation of Natural Resources Award", a prestigious recognition presented to organizations that demonstrate an outstanding commitment to preserving the environment, presented by the Lancaster County Conservation District.
