The reimagined restaurant will showcase a modern farmhouse style for Hershey Farm. After a fire destroyed the existing Smorgasbord, gift shop and banquet space, the owners needed a quick turnaround time on architecture plans for the new space. It is not always easy to recover from a disaster, especially when it involves such a significant loss.
